"Moni's Kids"
 "Vanessa" 16"x16"
In 2010 I started a non-profit project called "Moni's Kids", painting portraits of children in need and using the proceeds to deliver aid to the children portrayed. We are now incorporated as a non-profit in Texas and are applying for 501(c)3 tax-exempt status from the IRS. Stay tuned!
In August 2011 I returned to Haiti to set up a reading/educational area for the kids in the first series of this project. I invite you to follow our progress on my blog.

Announcing a new series of portraits!

I am now offering a more contemporary style of smaller portraits that are ideal for the modern home and easy on the budget. I am keeping the formats and sizes uniform, so they can be hung in groups to portray the whole family. The cropped image captures the essence of the subject's personality and creates an intimate feeling.
Sizes: 16x8" ( about as long as a computer keyboard and a bit wider), horizontally or vertically and 11x11" square.
Price: $450 includes standard black framing with museum quality anti-reflective glass.
These would make wonderful presents for any occasion and can be yours within 3-4 weeks after ordering.
