Sizes are approximate and may vary depending on the composition chosen.
Extras:
Travel expenses to out-of-town clients are charged at $250 per day.
Multiple props, pets or specific backgrounds are priced on an individual basis. Additional figures are charged at 75% of original portrait price.
Procedure:
I prefer working from my own photographs taken during a session of 1-2 hours, usually at the client's home or agreed upon location, however, in some cases your own photos may be considered.
Before starting to work on the portrait in my studio, I will send sketches or photos to you for approval.
Towards the end of the painting process a viewing is scheduled.
The painting will not be finished until it meets with your approval.
Framing can be arranged by the client or the artist. All framing costs are additional.
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is payable at the time of the photo session,
1/3 after approval of the sketches, with the balance and tax due at completion.
